Assistant Sales Manager Job Description & Requirement

Job Descriptions


·         Identify business opportunities with current and prospective clients;

·         Make initial contacts through visits and calls;

·         Find new business leads;

·         Identify each potential customer’s needs;

·         Formulate business proposals according to customers business needs;

·         Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications;

·         Manage account management and expansion activities;

·         Record sales information, visits and maintain customer’s records in the CRM system;




·         Diploma or degree holder preferably in Business Administration / Computer Science or in any IT technical course.

·         Sales experience preferably in Telco / IT industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training well be provided.

·         Must possess own transport.

·         Pleasant personality with good communication skills especially in English and other language is an advantage.

·         Must be presentable to deal with Corporate clients

·         Good negotiation skills

·         Independent, hard-working and confident
